RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTS
We are experts in all domestic electrical jobs and have been providing a reliable and trustworthy service in the West Midlands for 20 years. Our friendly and reliable electricians undertake all electrical work from full re-wiring to simply changing a light fitting. No job is too big or small! We specialise in all work within the domestic field; new builds and occupied properties. This includes housing associations, landlords, estate agents and home upgrade work. We are experienced in all types of domestic wiring, from single apartments to full size dwellings and multi-occupancy units; including smoke detection, amenity and security lighting. All our rewires come with complete NICEIC certification and Part P registration. Making changes to the electrical installation in your own home should only be carried out by a competent person with full knowledge of the relevant regulations. We can provide help and advice with alterations to your wiring in kitchens and bathrooms, with fuse board replacements, earthing and bonding or the installation of earthing rods
